Rosemary potatoes

Easy side dish that can be served with any kind of main course.

Ingredients:
 500 g Potatoes
 2 sprigs Rosemary
 3 cloves Garlic
 Pepper and salt to taste
 75 ml Olive oil

Slice the potatoes in small wedges and add to a baking tray.

Cut the rosemary and crush the garlic, mix with the olive oil, pepper and salt. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and mix everything well.

Bake for 45 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius.
