Cut of the ends of the haricot verts and rinse them.
Boil the haricot verts for about 15 minutes, strain and let cool a bit.
Take about 7 haricot verts and wrap them in one slice of bacon. Put them in a large baking tray make sure that you don’t stack the rolls as that keeps the bacon from cooking.
Bake the haricot verts in a preheated oven for 15 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius.
Take the rolls out of the oven and grill them a little longer in a preheated skillet to make the bacon a bit crunchier.
Serve the haricot verts/bacon rolls on a nice plate for a festive side dish.
