Ingredients:
 15 g One bunch of basil
 75 g Pine nuts
 100 ml Olive oil
 Juice and zest of half a lemon
 100 g Parmesan
 Pepper to taste
 a little bit of rocket (optional)

Put all ingredients in the food processor and blend everything until you get a smooth structure, don’t let it get to smooth.

When you feel like it’s not oily enough you can always put in some extra olive oil.
