Ingredients:
3 Sweet tomatoes
A handful of rocket
A bulb of fresh mozerella
Half a bunch of basil
Pesto or balsamic syrup

First cut the tomatoes into quarters and the mozerella in slices then cut the basil into ribbons.

Take a nice looking bowl and put in the rocket, top with the tomatoes and then the mozerella.

Drizzle with the pesto or balsamic syrup and garnish with the basil.
